Final Round - Additional Round [Maybe One Day]
Players collect their four distributed cards and the dealer creates a FACE DOWN pyramid of cards starting with 5 cards at the base, then 4, 3, 2, 1.
Drink values are assigned to each horizontal row.
For example
Bottom row (5 cards) - 2 drinks
Second row (4 cards) - 4 drinks
Third row (3 cards) - 8 drinks
Fourth row (2 cards) - 16 drinks
Fifth row (1 card) A shot of liquor.
(agreed upon by all players before beginning)
(Groups can determine their own row values)
Starting at the bottom row, a card is flipped one at a time.
Any player with a matching card in their hand lays their card down on the pyramid and distributes the row's assigned number of drinks to whomever they choose.
Multiple cards can be laid down.
For example: if the first card on the bottom row is a King and I have two King's in my hand, I will be rewarded with 4 (2+2) drinks to distribute.
Play continues all the way up the tower, with each player attempting to get rid of as many cards as they can.
Players do have the option of saving their cards in hopes of getting a matching card higher up the pyramid.
This will have its risks, however, as the player with the most cards at the end is penalized.
Completing the Pyramid
Once the final card on top of the pyramid is opened and handled accordingly, the player with the most cards is the "loser" and must Ride the Bus.
Players with matching number of cards use the high-card tiebreaker.
Player with the highest card rides the bus, and if high cards match, the next card is used as the tiebreaker.
If all cards are identical between players at the end, then a random card drawn by each player can be used as a final tiebreaker.
For example: At the end of the game: Player One has K, J, 3. Player Two has K, 10, 10 Player one will ride the bus.
The player who is riding the bus must complete ALL four questions posed in the beginning of the game IN A ROW.
Red or black
Higher or lower
In between or outside
Suit Any failure at any stage requires that player to start BACK at question one
For example if I guess black, and the first card is black, I proceed to the second question. If I guess higher, and the next card is actually lower, I must restart at the first question. Play continues until:
The entire deck is used or
The player answers the four questions correctly in a row
If the deck runs out of cards, play ends.
